Canceling Orders
Cancel Order

If for any reason you wish to cancel the order, you go to the order detail page (refer to Edit Orders on how to get to the order detail page). Find "Order Status" on the top and there is a "Edit" button on the right. Click "Edit" button and choose "Canceled". Click "Update" button to save the change. The order will be marked as "Canceled". If you are tracking product stocks, you have to manually add the item stock back. We will add the restock feature to add stock back automatically in the future. If you have already captured the customer's credit card or received money via other payment method, you need to check Refund Order to refund money.

Refund Order

To refund order you have to rely on your own merchant provider to refund money. If you have a merchant account you need to use virutal terminal that is usually provided by your merchant provider to refund the money. If the order is through PayPal or Google Checkout, you need to log on to PayPal or Google Checkout and proceed the refund.
